Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Purnanagr ,Chikhali

Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role involves greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Front Desk Operations:*
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and professional attitude.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- *Administrative Support:*
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with general office duties including mail distribution, filing, and office supplies management.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating meetings and events.
- *Customer Service:*
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company, services, or general office matters.
- Handle complaints or concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- *Record Keeping:*
- Maintain visitor logs, security protocols, and other necessary documents.
- Assist with data entry or updating client/contact information.
- *Collaboration:*
- Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth communication and office functioning.
- Provide support to other departments as required, including helping with special projects.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office administration is a plus).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
