Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the construction industry.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Lead Generation and Client Management:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress against targets, providing regular reports to senior management.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Brand Development:
- Enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation within the industry.
- Represent RK Construction at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence through social media and other digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of sales and marketing experience in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
