Job Title: Member Support & Coordination Executive

**Reports To**:Community Manager / Operations Head

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented **Member Support & Coordination Executive**to be the primary point of contact for inbound member inquiries and to coordinate seamlessly with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced coworking environment, enjoys interacting with people, and is excellent at multitasking.

**Key Requirements**:

- 0 - 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or admin roles; coworking, real estate or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Friendly, proactive, and confident personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with **basic office software (MS Office/Google Workspace) and CRM systems.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inbound Member Support**
- Provide accurate information about workspace plans, pricing, facilities, and availability.
- Schedule and coordinate workspace tours and virtual meetings with the sales/community team.
- Maintain a courteous, helpful, and solutions-driven approach in all communications.

**Internal Coordination**
- Coordinate with the legal and accounts team get the process along.
- Follow up on agreement renewals by members and ensure timely renewals.
- Coordinate with Legal and other govt departments as per requirements getting the renewals done.

**Administrative Support**
- Update CRM and internal systems with member details, visit records, and call logs.

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
