In this role, you’ll interact with clients through online platforms, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into satisfied customers. Your goal will be to build lasting client relationships while driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Communication**:

- Provide detailed product information and personalized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build trust and rapport to foster long-term client relationships.
- **Sales Management**:

- Convert inquiries and leads into successful sales.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales transactions.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and campaigns.
- Provide feedback on client needs and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and communication reports for management review.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online sales, client communication, or customer service (1+ year preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
