Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Knowledge - Export Incentives Scheme DBK & RoSCTL
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders relevant to EXIM Export Shipment details as per each Customs EDI Shipping bills.
- Coordinate with External stakeholders with CHA relevant to Clearance of Duty Draw Back Queries raised by Customs, and follow-ups of BOND Cancellations obtained for Advance Authorisations.
- Prepare complete Data standardization for each Invoices of Export Shipments tracking Shipping Bills as per product against to each export order as per BOM's.
- Formulating a complete MIS Reports of DBK & RoSCTL Incentives tracking sheet against each amount claimed as per Export Shipments (SB) has a Refund.
- Monitoring complete Export Shipments for each Shipping Bills wise & Follow ups of shipping bill repository with customs.
- Arrange complete set of closure supporting documentations for submission to Customs for clearing DBK queries raised in ICEGATE against to each Shipping Bills of Export Invoices.
- Monitoring Complete DBK & RoSCTL Incentives Amounts with Reconciliation, update complete accruals amount of DBK/RoSCTL to accounts team. Track complete DBK Amount Credits in Bank as per each Sale Invoices wise and match the value accordingly
- Follow-ups RoSCTL / Tracking Amount as per E-Scrip and Reconciliation as per Shipping Bills wise against to Export Shipments (Invoices).
- Follow-ups Duty Draw Back Amount Claims from Customs.

Advance Authorization Activities.
- Monitoring in the area of complete DATA entry tracking sheet (BOE & SB's) Share Complete DEEC Declarations to EXIM Export Shipping team.
- Monitoring Complete DEEC Declaration preparation activity as per Licence obtained.
