We are currently hiring Business development executive in Kolkata Branch

**Qualification -**

**Graduation or master’s degree**

**Responsibilities**:

- Keeping updated with all products and services offered by the company.
- Bringing new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth,
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Bringing new business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

**Requirements**:
1. Highly self-motivated and target driven with Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

2. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

3. Superb interpersonal skills.

4. Should have team leading qualities.

5. Basic computer knowledge required

**Salary**

**11000 -19000 +Incentives**

**Working days**

1. Monday to Friday ,

2. Saturday Sunday fixed off

**Working Hours**

**11AM -5:30 PM**

**Work from office job**
