**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive - Home Automation**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Client Engagement**:
- Identify and target potential clients such as local shops, builders, interior designers, and architects.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase our home automation products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products within the target market.
- Organize and participate in local events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
- Distribute marketing materials and product samples to prospective clients.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our home automation products and services.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients and partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Sales Reporting and Feedback**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and product performance.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the home automation or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong understanding of the local market and ability to travel locally as required.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
