
Field Sales Executive

**Sales Executive Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential customers in the manufacturing industry.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose solutions tailored to their needs.
- Act as a point of contact for addressing customer queries and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals within company guidelines.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine products and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare regular sales reports for review by the Sales Manager.
- Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to align sales efforts.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineer would be best fit
- Technical knowledge in manufacturing or engineering is an advantage.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Understanding manufacturing processes and supply chain is beneficial.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
**Skills**:
- Persuasive, verbal and written communication, Read / Write English is essential
**Other**:
- Extensive travel required (>60%)
**Training Planned**:
- People’s training, Marketing related, Establishing and thriving Dealership networks
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
