*Proficiency in the use of Search Engine Tools, Virtual Collaboration.

*Quick learner who is highly productive and can think out of the box.

*Should be able to work under pressure and troubleshoot independently.

*Handling Complete Backend Operations for Business Development Team.

*Responsible for Handing Telephone Calls, Sales Data Management, Data Collection, Analysing & Multiple reports preparation & Team Management.
- Planning & Execution of daily activities of your reporting authorities.

*Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot tables, and pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data.

*Coordination, Follow-up & obtain the information/data on time.

*Answering calls and resolving queries of client / customer with efficient and effective manner.

*Responsible for preparation quotations & Invoice Generations.

*Preparation of Periodical MIS reports as per the business requirement.

*Excellent Communication & Listening Skills.

*Strong computer literacy is a must.

*Confident, Self-Motivated, and Team player.

*Schedule Plan training programs. Maintain training calendars, planning tracking sheets, checklists etc.

*Source trainers and maintain databases. Administration of virtual tools like Zoom/MS Teams for the execution of offsite programs.

*Capture Maintain program related data (Assessment, Evaluation, Attendance etc.) Analysis Reporting.

*Analyse and report program data using templates and dashboards.

*Ensure implementation of action on feedback.
