**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell health insurance products.
- Provide information to prospective clients regarding available health insurance plans and their benefits.
- Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a sales role, preferably in health insurance & Mutual funds**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
- Basic knowledge of health insurance products and regulations is preferred.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

**Job Details**:

- **Salary**: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
- **Work Timings**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- **Off**: 2 days off per week
- **Location**: HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited, Lodha Excelus, 1st Floor, Apollo Mills Compound, N.M. Joshi Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai 400 011
