Customer Service/administrative Support

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that international guests have a seamless booking experience and receive top-notch customer service.
**Job Summary**: As a Customer Service Representative at [Your Company Name], you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to international guests, handling booking inquiries and ensuring bookings are converted successfully. You will also play a critical role in maintaining and updating our booking system and providing essential reports to the management team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with International Guests:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing guest concerns and inquiries.
- Conversion of Inquiries to Bookings:
- Utilize persuasive communication and product knowledge to encourage guests to finalize their bookings.
- Report Preparation:
- Generate and maintain reports on arrivals, show schedules, special deals, and booking statistics.
- Provide insights and analysis based on the data to help the management team make informed decisions.
- Booking System Management:
- Enter and update bookings in our booking system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of guest information.
- Record payment details and ensure the system is up to date with the latest booking information.
- Payment Transmittal:
- Prepare a consolidated payment report at the end of each month, summarizing all transactions and payment details.
- Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and issues effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Experience with booking systems and report generation is an advantage.
