**Job Title**: Bilingual Customer Service Executive (Spanish & English)

**About the Role**

We are seeking talented bilingual professionals fluent in Spanish (B2 level or higher) and English to join our US Voice Customer Service Process team. This role involves assisting US-based customers with their queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience in both languages.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer calls in **Spanish** and **English**, addressing their concerns and queries with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Adhere to company guidelines and deliver exceptional service quality.
- Work effectively during night shifts to meet customer expectations.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **6 months of international call centre experience** required.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English are also eligible.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in **Spanish (B2 level or higher)** and **English** is mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

**Work Conditions**
- **Working Days**: 5 days a week with rotational shifts and rotational offs.
- **Shift Timings**: Night shifts only.
- **Transportation**: No cab facility available.
- **Work Mode**: Work from Office.

**Salary Details**
- ₹70,000 CTC
- ₹63,400 in-hand

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
