**About the Role**

We’re seeking a skilled and results-driven **Performance Marketer** to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key part in driving measurable growth by optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and paid strategies to maximize ROI and support brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and insights for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and test ads, landing pages, and funnels that align with business goals.
- Manage the budget and allocation of paid campaigns to maximize return on investment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and platform updates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Excel.
- Experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and understanding of key performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and project management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in performance marketing.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with content marketing and SEO is a plus.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer marketing strategies.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,734.79 - ₹20,700.09 per month
