**About Sellercapsule**:
Sellercapsule specializes in providing comprehensive eCommerce solutions, including marketplace account management for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Our services also extend to social media account management, website creation, eCommerce website management, and social media marketing (SMM).

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Ecommerce Executive** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketplace Account Management**:

- Handle daily operations of Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho accounts, including product listings, order management, inventory tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Optimize product listings with effective titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve search rankings and sales.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to listings, customer feedback, and account health.
- Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals on marketplaces.
- **Basic Website Management**:

- Create and manage websites using platforms like Wix and Shopify.
- Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Ensure websites are optimized for SEO and user experience.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Prepare and share performance reports for eCommerce accounts and websites.
- Work closely with internal teams for marketing strategies and implementation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce account management or a related role.(Freshers can also apply)
- Proficiency in managing Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller accounts.
- Basic knowledge of website creation and management on Wix and Shopify.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with SEO and SMM.
- Knowledge of eCommerce marketplace policies and best practices.
- Familiarity with tools for performance tracking and data analysis.
