As a **Marketing and Social Media Intern**, you will support PowerMitra’s efforts in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads through creative and strategic marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the team to create impactful content and manage our digital presence across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging posts, captions, and stories tailored to our target audience.
- **Campaigns and Strategy**: Help conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- **Analytics**: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms to build relationships and foster trust with the audience.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and social media best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the design and content teams to align marketing efforts with brand objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
- **Social Media Proficiency**: Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including trends and algorithms.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns and content.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- **Passion for Sustainability**: Interest in renewable energy and environmental sustainability is a plus.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and take constructive feedback.
