**About Us**:
Sapien Kid specializes in creating impactful children’s stories and parenting books to foster learning and growth. We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Operations Executive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Activities**:

- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand our client base.
- Perform product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, bookstores, and other potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- **Operational Tasks**:

- Manage inventory to ensure smooth stock flow and avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Assist in coordinating product shipments and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update records of sales and operations activities.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Visit schools to showcase Sapien Kid’s offerings and initiate collaborations.
- Provide post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Reporting**:

- Submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and market insights.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in sales or operations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for children’s education and storytelling.
