Core Responsibilities:

- Serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or on the ticketing system.
- Timely response and resolution of assigned ticket requests - both onsite and remote technical support.
- Ensure unresolved issues and\or requests are endorsed properly to the next level of IT support.
- Configuration of new IT equipment.
- Maintain IT-related documentation and\or procedures.
- Asset identification, tagging and tracking.
- Coordinate order logistics with Purchasing team, order reconciliation of IT Tech assets, detailed asset record creation, and asset distribution across all ClearSource sites.
- Lifecycle asset tracking.
- Equipment repairs and tracking, product returns, loaned asset allocation, and returns.
- Verify adherence to local technology disposal legislation in addition to ClearSource policies across all sites.
- Manage asset inventory for capital expenditures, operations spare assets, and consumable peripherals across all **ClearSource** sites.
- Maintain secure and organized storage areas.
- Conduct physical cycle counts and keep asset records updated and current across the assigned **ClearSource** site.
- Live the **ClearSource** Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy).

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
