We're Hiring: Odoo Developer

Assert IT Solutions is looking for a
skilled Odoo Developer
to join our growing team. If you have proven expertise in Odoo development and customisation, and can translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions, this role is for you.


Important:
Hands-on Odoo experience is
mandatory
for this position.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and customise Odoo modules based on business requirements.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party tools and applications.
  • Create and optimise business logic, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Odoo modules.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, QA, Developers).
  • Document new and existing modules for clarity and scalability.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven Odoo development experience
    (Community or Enterprise).
  • Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo frameworks, and ORM methods.
  • Familiarity with front-end (JavaScript, jQuery, XML, QWeb).
  • Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and modular development.
  • Knowledge of core business processes: Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, POS, Website.
  • Problem-solving mindset and debugging skills.
  • Version control experience (Git).


Bonus Skills

  • Deploying Odoo on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Linux/Ubuntu server administration.
