About Jai Kisan

Jai Kisan is building the first rural fintech full-stack platform to cater to the financial needs of borrowers in rural

emerging markets. Today, Jai Kisan facilitates secured and income generating loans to rural borrowers in India,

mostly farmers (more than 70% of rural India is depends on agriculture as their primary source of livelihood) from

various lending institutions through its mobile and web-based platform. The platform comprises a user-friendly

origination and management system for its lenders and a full-stack CRM solution for its channel partners. The

mobile and web interface is available at borrowers’ fingertips or at any of Jai Kisan’s technologically-enabled

channel partner locations. Jai Kisan has just raised ₹300 million ($3.94 million) in a pre-series A funding round led

by Arkam Venture. Also joining in the round was NABVentures — the VC arm of Indian development finance

institution (DFI), the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) in its first-ever investment.

Key Responsibilities:

- KYC documents verification
- U/W documents verification
- Underwriting evaluation / Scorecard calculation & evaluation of the retailers based on the defined criteria
- Suggesting the appropriate limit for the retailers based on the the defined criteria
- Verification of Agreement, UDCs, and other post sanction documents received from the customers
- Invoice verification of the receipts sent by the retailers for financing
- Bank account verification for the disbursement
- Validation and tracking of disbursements against invoices
- Repayments monitoring, tracking and escalation as per the defined criteria

What you will need
- 2-3 years experience in credit evaluation and credit ops handling
- Project management & Excel Skills
- Preferred qualification: CA
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
