**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and modify designs for cutting tools using **SolidWorks** and other CAD software.
- Create and review technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and optimization.
- Analyze materials and surface characteristics to enhance tool performance.
- Maintain design documentation and update design revisions as required.
- Research and implement innovative design practices to improve efficiency and functionality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **SolidWorks** and other CAD tools.
- Basic knowledge of materials and surface characterization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Additional Details**:

- **Salary**: As per interview performance and experience.
- **Location**: MIDC, Bhosari, Pune.
