The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.Roles and Responsibilities:Design engaging visuals for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, and posters.Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.Edit and retouch images, videos, and other multimedia content.Create layouts for digital promotions, events, and branding materials.Ensure all designs align with the institute’s brand identity and guidelines.Manage multiple design projects within given deadlines.Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.Required Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) is an added advantage.Strong sense of color, typography, and layout design.Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.Ability to take feedback positively and make necessary revisions.Good communication and collaboration skills.Education Qualification:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.If you are passionate about design and want to be part of a dynamic educational environment, we’d love to hear from you
