Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role at POSCIG Technologies, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, handling logo designs, and developing design concepts that align with branding strategies. Day-to-day tasks include working with typography, creating cohesive visuals, and collaborating with other team members to achieve creative goals. Responsibilities Create stunning visuals for social media, websites, landing pages, and email campaigns Design marketing materials like brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives Work on brand identity development and maintain consistency Support UI/UX team with basic design assets when required Video editing or motion graphics is a big plus Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (2+ years preferred) Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Canva/Figma familiarity Strong portfolio showcasing original work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills
