Feel free to apply Job Title: Graphic Designer (Full-Time) Location: Pune, India (On-site) Department: Marketing About the Role We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and design-driven Graphic Designer to join our team as a full-time professional. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to impactful design projects that strengthen our brand’s visual identity. Key Responsibilities Develop innovative concepts and visually compelling designs for digital and print platforms. Create brand-aligned assets, including social media creatives, marketing collaterals, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials. Work collaboratively with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into refined visual outputs. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while exploring fresh and contemporary design directions. Edit and enhance product images and multimedia content as required. Conduct design research, mood boarding, and stay updated with global design trends and industry best practices. Required Qualifications & Skills A strong foundation in visual communication and design principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; After Effects/Premiere Pro is an added advantage). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout structures, and brand aesthetics. Ability to ideate, conceptualize, and execute designs with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and design capabilities Preferred Skills Experience or interest in motion graphics, video editing, or illustration. Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD). Understanding of digital marketing creatives and design trends.
