Daily ward rounds must be done, have update on patient experience and health.
- Ensuring patient complaints are resolved on priority by involving concerned department
- Ensuring rounds of Physiotherapist, Dietitian and Lactation consultants are happening every day on time
- Coordinating with Canteen and dietitian to plan patient diet
- Maintaining bed booking details and ensuring its allocation accordingly.
- Maintaining proper bed management system and should accommodate patients in case of full occupancy.
- Checking with nursing and duty doctor team on patient discharges and ensuring bills are upto date and explained to patient on daily basis
- Supervising NICU bills are updated daily and financial counselling happens everyday after consultant counselling
- Ensuring final bills are cross checked with activity and consultant before communicating the amount to patient.
- Ensuring hospital regulations like visiting hours and payment terms are explained to patient in there comfortable language.
- Ensuring patient is escorted to assigned room or ward after admission and room tour is given to them
- Ensuring cash & credit packages are explained on admission and consent is filled to protect hospital interest
- Ensuring Follow up on all pending bills
- Ensuring insurance non payable are explained to patient and amount is collected before discharge.
- Ensuring all complimentary services are given to patients before discharge.
- Ensuring birth certificate details are collected and updated on govt portal.
- Ensuring google feedback and video testimony are done before discharge.
- Ensuring discharge summaries are ready and print outs are kept in the patient file
- Ensuring to handle patient grievances professionally and as per company standards.
- Daily updating business head on outstanding amount and patient grievances to enhance patient services
- Ensuring discounts are discussed and given only after business head approval
- Should be ready to do any other duty assigned as and when required.
- Should be responsible for providing complimentary gift to the patient at the time of discharge & has to take of Car decoration of the patient.
- Shall be responsible for - Baby Shower activity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Health care In Patient Department: 5 years (preferred)
