Bengaluru Karnataka, India Cytecare Hospital Full time

Coordinate and facilitate in-patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Liaise between doctors, nurses, billing, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain and update patient records in the hospital information system (HIS).
- Monitor bed availability and allocation in real-time.
- Ensure that all pre-admission formalities and documentation are completed accurately.
- Educate patients and their families about admission procedures, insurance coverage, and hospital policies.
- Work closely with the billing team for TPA/insurance-related documentation.
- Handle patient queries and escalate complaints or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and statutory requirements.
- Support emergency admissions and coordinate with emergency teams as needed.
- Graduate in any stream (preferably BHA, B.Sc., B.Com, or similar).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
