**Experience**:

- Must have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the Pet Industry.
- Overall minimum 3 years experience in the FMCG Industry.

**Qualification**:

- Graduation
- Any specialization
- Post-Graduation will be added advantage in Marketing or Sales Management

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for driving secondary and primary sales business in the city
- Appointment of distributor for servicing the retailer channel partners
- Responsible for activating retail outlets
- Petshop, clinics, wholesale vet pharma outlets
- Work on a daily journey plan as per beat to cover outlets for merchandising and order booking
- Ensuring the right share of shelf for the products inside the outlet
- Building healthy and mutually beneficial relationships with accounts to drive sales
- Negotiating with outlets for brand visibility, branding, additional space (secondary visibility)
- Support the distributor in planning timely deliveries of stock and collection
- Manpower planning and appointment of promoters in key outlets to drive off take
- Provide timely inputs & information to line manager on competition best practices

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
