**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Client Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to understand their technology needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on the latest IT products, services, and industry trends to effectively present and sell solutions to clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Demonstrations**: Conduct product demos, presentations, and product trials to potential clients.
- **Consultative Selling**: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' pain points and recommending appropriate IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud services, etc.).
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiations, contract review, and finalizing agreements.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and targets.
- **Customer Support**: Provide post-sale support by collaborating with the customer service and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Monitor competitors and industry trends to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in IT sales, technology solutions, or a related field.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with IT products, software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or hardware.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage a sales pipeline.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to assess client needs and offer solutions that align with their business objectives.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, software solutions, or networking.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Tools**: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. Experience in selling enterprise-level IT solutions.
