**Role Overview**
Bmax Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic **HR Business Partner (HRBP)** to lead hiring and relationship management in the **Real Estate domain**. The role focuses on onboarding and managing **Channel Partners, Land Dealers, Brokers, and allied professionals** to drive our land acquisition and sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement hiring strategies for **Channel Partners, Land Dealers, Brokers, and related associates**.
- Build strong networks and maintain long-term relationships with Real Estate partners.
- Oversee onboarding, agreements, and compliance documentation.
- Act as a link between management and partners, aligning business goals.
- Track performance, support partners with business insights, and help achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Partner with the Sales & Business Development teams to strengthen Real Estate operations.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate / MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in **Real Estate hiring, channel partner management, or HRBP roles**.
- Strong **networking and negotiation skills** with knowledge of the Hyderabad Real Estate market.
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (based on experience).
- Attractive **performance-based incentives**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
