Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales & Client Relations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential buyers and investors through calls, build strong client relationships, and guide them through property options. You will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating site visits, and driving sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via outbound calls to share details about property projects.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits clearly to clients.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and accompany clients for property site visits.
  • Build long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, site visits, and sales closures.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM software.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or real estate sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
  • Confidence in explaining property details and addressing client queries.
  • Ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages preferred.

Pay: ₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
