**Job Summary**:
The Distribution Executive/Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely distribution of meals from Anna Canteens to various locations. This role ensures that food delivery operations run smoothly, maintaining quality, hygiene, and compliance with organizational and government standards.

**Key Responsibilities: Operations & Logistics**:

- Manage the distribution process of meals from the central kitchen to designated locations.
- Coordinate with transport teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle schedules, routes, and logistics to minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards during transit.

**Team Management**:

- Supervise and train distribution staff, including drivers and delivery personnel.
- Assign tasks and oversee daily distribution operations.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency.

**Inventory & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of food dispatch, delivery logs, and stock movements.
- Track inventory levels to prevent shortages and wastage.
- Prepare reports on distribution performance and logistics efficiency.

**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure all transportation follows FSSAI and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Implement and follow emergency response plans for food distribution disruptions.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Collaborate with kitchen teams to align production with distribution needs.
- Communicate with canteen managers to ensure proper delivery and meal handover.
- Address any issues in distribution and resolve them promptly.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree / B.Tech
- Fresher / 1+ years of experience in food distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in large-scale food distribution (e.g., NGOs, catering, or public welfare programs).
- Familiarity with local routes and transportation regulations.
- Ability to speak Telugu and English.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
