TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning & finalizing monthly, weekly dispatch quantities in line with customer demands in co-ordination with SCM.
- Ensuring optimum and effective utilization of all allocated resources on monthly, weekly and daily basis.
- Ensuring VSM MOP & SCCOP recovery targets.
- Ensuring Safety Targets on monthly basis (SLM, BBS, Training etc. )
- Deployment & ensuring adherence to all Quality Management Targets in line with corporate and unit level targets.
- Ensuring and promoting good industrial relationship across the unit.
- Closely coordinating with other departments like SCM, PE, QA, HR to ensure smooth running of all production related activities.

**What your background should look like**:

- BE/ B. Tech (Electronic, Mechanical)/ Diploma (2-3 years’ experience)

**CRITICAL EXPERIENCE**
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a production supervisor or similar role
- Technical capabilities: Expert functional/domain knowledge
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Organizational and leadership qualities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Building people capability: Training and mentoring employees with the necessary skill set, assuring workforce planning & organizational capability
