Key Responsibilities:

Content & Strategy

Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts tailored to different platforms.

Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand goals and seasonal trends.

Community Engagement

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.

Foster interaction and build meaningful relationships with our audience.

Analytics & Reporting

Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).

Prepare monthly reports and adjust strategies based on insights.

Brand & Reputation Management

Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.

Monitor online sentiment and manage reputation proactively.

Campaign Thinking

Conceptualize, launch, and evaluate performance of social media campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams for cross-functional campaign execution.

Trend Collaboration

Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and platform updates.

Implement fresh and relevant ideas to keep content current.

Paid Campaigns

Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, etc.

Monitor ad performance and manage budgets efficiently.

Lead Generation

Develop and execute strategies to generate and nurture leads via social channels.

Organic Growth

Increase brand reach and engagement through creative, non-paid efforts.

Creative Thinking

Contribute original content and campaign ideas.

Experiment with formats (Reels, Stories, Polls, etc.) for maximum impact.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with designers, video editors, and content writers.

Ensure timely delivery and cohesive execution of creative assets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.

Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, or scheduling platforms.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and content aesthetics.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
