TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

**ROLE OBJECTIVE and RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Plan and manage all types of Electric and Mechanical and hydraulic maintenance activities of production and utility equipment**:

- **An active shop floor maintenance engineer with excellent knowledge, troubleshooting and hands own experience in Electrical, Electronic, PLC, Mechanical and pneumatic maintenance.**:

- **Support department leader in adhering process requirements and standards of IATF 16949, EMS 14001 and OHSAS 18001, 45001.**:

- **Analyzing / studying the history of all machines & reporting actions planned.**:

- **Managing start up, erection, installation & commissioning of machines & equipment’s as per plan**:

- **Executing processes of preventive/ predictive/ breakdown maintenance of production Machines & Equipment to take corrective action and reduce downtime to minimum.**:

- **Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery and instruments to increase machine up time / equipment reliability; thereby accomplishing planned production targets within budget**:

- **Directing maintenance technicians; monitoring expenses with optimum utilization of resources.**:

- **Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets**:

- **Conducting meetings for setting up objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of production operations**:

- **Preparing costs reports on spare parts, inventory, labour and machines for resources planning, budgeting, scheduling and executing all maintenance activities**

**EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE**:
Diploma 6 Degree 4 years of experience in injectionmouldingg, stamping, assembly, and utility maintenance.
- Technical knowledge of Molding, stamping, Assembly and Utilities
- Should have knowledge of EMS 14001, OSHAS 18001 ,45001.
- Should have knowledge about TPM
- Should have knowledge about EHS legal requirement and factories act.
- Should be expert in man management skills.
- Good PC skills - MS Office, Exposure to auto cad Knowledge in SAP
