- Physical check of stock at own warehouse and at site/outside locations.

Raising daily requirements.
- Handling of Project/Service/Contractor Reconciliation.
- Understand the requirement of material actual required on site and to

provide in time.
- Generate the Warehouse in & out documents from ERP.
- Issue the material to Project/Service Teams and contractors.
- Taking the acknowledgement of Project/Service Teams Contractor or his
- Authorized person on WHS documents.
- Updating of WHS document in Contractor Reconciliation.
- Filing of document in respective Contractors file.
- Monthly reconciliation checks up with Project/Service Teams and

Contractor.
- Training to Project/Service Teams and Contractor about Material

Reconciliation.
- Mailing the status of reconciliation to the reporting authority.
- Arrangement of Meeting and Discussion with Project/Service Teams and

Contractor regarding any issues related with material.
- Closing of material account of Project/Service Teams and Contractor.
- Taking acknowledgement of contractor on final reconciliation statement.
- Submitting the final reconciliation statement of contractor to WHS Dept.
- Filing of the statement in contractors file.
- Study daily progress report of Project.
- Check-up of balance material with Contractor and call for return of same if

work is on hold or stopped.
- Review of Contractor Stock Statement with Project Team.
- Packing of material.
- Arranging Courier Team and dispatch.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
