**About Us**:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing IT company specializing in [mention services/products offered, e.g., e-commerce solutions, software development, etc.]. We are seeking a proactive IT Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience and a proven track record on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate project requirements, timelines, and budgets with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of platforms like Upwork and Freelancer, including bidding and client communication.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of IT services and digital solutions is a must.
