Job Description: Overseas Admission Counsellor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admission Counselor to join our team and provide expert guidance and support to our clients.

Position: Admission Counselor

Location: bangalore

Experience: 1 years to 5 years

Role and Responsibilities:
As an Admission Counselor at Oxford Migration you will be responsible for providing comprehensive admission counseling and services to clients. Your duties will include:
1. Client Consultations: Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs, eligibility, and objectives.

3. Legal Research: Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations and provide up-to-date information to clients.

4. Document Verification: Verify the authenticity and accuracy of clients' documents and ensure they meet immigration requirements.

5. Interview Preparation: Prepare clients for immigration interviews, including mock interviews, guidance on interview questions, and documentation preparation.

6. Case Management: Maintain organized records of client cases, deadlines, and documentation to ensure smooth and efficient processing.

7. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on the progress of their cases, and addressing their questions and concerns.

8. Compliance: Ensure all immigration-related activities comply with government regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- A deep understanding of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Empathy and the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex immigration cases.
- A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
