**Location**: Bangalore
**Work Type**: Full-time | 6 Days a Week
**Eligibility**: Any Graduate
**Salary**: Up to ₹7 LPA (Fixed) + ₹2 LPA (Variable)
**Age Limit**: Up to 33 Years

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Admissions Counsellor** to manage the end-to-end study abroad process for students aiming to study in the **UK and USA**. This is a student-facing role requiring excellent counselling skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide students on overseas education opportunities after assessing their academic background and interests.
- Assist in shortlisting universities/colleges and programs, especially in the **UK and USA**.
- Help students build a strong academic profile, including **SOPs, LORs, and resumes**.
- Provide detailed advice on budgeting, living expenses, and financial planning.
- Work with targets and ensure monthly and intake-level enrolment goals are met.
- Maintain accurate records and regular follow-ups using CRM tools.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1.5 years** of experience in **Study Abroad Counselling**.
- Prior experience guiding students to destinations such as the **UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and France**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of **MS Office**, **CRM tools**, and ability to work with data and metrics.
- Target-oriented and proactive in approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
