This is a full-time on-site role for Rasi Foods (Manufacturer of Spencer's Bread and Bakery Products) located in Salem which has been running successfully for 38 years.

**Job Title**: Field Marketing Executive
**Location**:Salem, Tamil Nadu

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 1+ year

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular field visits to retail stores, supermarkets, bakeries, and distributors to promote products.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and branding at retail points.
- Execute in-store promotions, sampling drives, and merchandising activities.
- Gather customer and retailer feedback, market trends, and competitor intelligence.
- Onboard new retailers and distributors in untapped areas.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities, market reach, and campaign results.
- Support events, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, FMCG, or retail promotions (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of local geography and market dynamics.
- Proficient in basic computer tools (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
