Experience: 5 to 7 years as Legal Advisor

**Salary**: 50000/- to 80000/- PM

Job Duties:

- Drafting basic legal documents for construction projects
- Ensuring compliance to construction laws and regulations
- Preparing damage claims
- Resolving buy-sell disputes and property infringements
- Providing arbitration, litigation and mediation support
- Advising on the latest building standards
- Explaining building standards to stakeholders
- Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
- Providing advice on legal matters.
- Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
- Reviewing legal material.
- Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
- Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
- Drafting documents, letters and contracts
- Acting on behalf of clients in disputes, if necessary.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raipur, Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Legal advisor: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
