**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Operator to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for freshers who are keen to start their careers in data management. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input data into computer systems and databases.
- Verify and review data for errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies.

- Update existing data and ensure timely data management.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries from the entered data.
- Follow data entry procedures and adhere to organizational standards.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Typing speed of 30-40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of data entry procedures and software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
