Job description For Legal Consultant

**Responsibilities**:
Hiring Advocate for LEGAL NOTICE DRAFTING, LEGAL ADVICE, RTI FILING (FIRST APPEAL AND SECOND APPEAL), LEGAL DRAFTING REGARDING CONSUMER COMPLAINT, CYBER CRIME FILING, CASE ANALYSIS, HAVING GOOD KNOWLEDGE REGARDING THE CONSUMER COURT PROCESS, CONTRACT VETTING, PARTNERSHIP DEED, RENTAL AGREEMENT, EXPERTISE REGARDING DIVORCE.
Requirements (Expected Proficiency):
1. Basic Knowledge in drafting
2.Excellent English communication.
3. Having experience on trademark.
Desired Profile:
2. The university or the college where they have graduated must be recognized.
3. Those who have postgraduate degrees with specialization in Corporate Law are also eligible.
4. Apart from possessing the necessary education qualification, the students must also have done internships in proper law firms, fresher can also apply.

PLI (Performance-Link Incentives):

- A collective payout of the said PLI would be carried out afterthe end of every quarter of a calendar year exclusive of the regular salary disbursement and hencemay not occur on the same day of regular salary disbursement wherein the evaluation of the performance would be conducted every month falling within the evaluating quarter. Applicability of this benefit prevails only for the individuals who are designated as Full Time Employees, Full Time Interns and Full Time Consultants of the company who are working from office only.
