**Salary**: 20K - 30K (depending on experience and present CTC)

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal support on matters related to **Corporate Laws**, ensuring compliance with company regulations, drafting agreements, and handling company-related disputes.
- Advise on **Labour Laws**, including employment contracts, workplace policies, employee rights, and disputes.
- Assist in the protection of company assets by managing **Intellectual Property** matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Provide expertise on **Cyber Laws**, ensuring the company's operations adhere to data protection, digital transactions, and cybersecurity regulations.
- Draft and review various contracts, agreements, and legal documentation as per company requirements.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.

** Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 1-2 years of relevant legal experience in Corporate, Labour, IP, Arbitration, and Cyber laws.
- Excellent understanding of Indian law and legal procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

** Preferred Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and **drafting** skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of **IT laws** and **data protection** regulations.
