We **GOLDFINN TECHNOLOGIES** is engaged in providing quality service for **Registration** and **Protection** of **Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs and Patents**law matters. We are seeking a skilled **LAWYER**who aim to growing the field of **IPR (Intellectual Property Rights)** Lawyer.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

- Provide strategic legal advice on **Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs** and **Patents**.
- Drafting IPR **Oppositions** and **Cancellation** Applications and **Evidence of Affidavits,**Applications, **Examination Report**Replies,.
- Drafting **Cease & Desist** Notices, **Undertakings**, **Assignment Deeds** and other IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) related drafts.
- Assisting Legal Head in IPR Litigation Matters.
- Discussing & Advising on Case with Clients.
- Attending **Show-cause** & **Opposition** Hearings.
- Stay updated on Changes in **IPR laws** and industry trends and develop strategies for the client and the firm.
- Monitor and track **TMR** and **NON-TMR** Threats.
- Monitor and track **Renewal**and **Other** deadline.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- The applicant must be a registered advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- Should be co-operative, willing to work in a diverse workspace with good understanding with colleagues.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **Intellectual Property** management systems.
- Knowledge of International **IP Laws** and treaties.
- Familiarity with Emerging Technologies.

**PAY PACKAGE**
- Annual **Bonus** and **Appraisal**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Bar Council No. (required)
