Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Executive Responsibilities:

- Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit well-structured and competitive tenders and proposals.
- Market Research: Research and identify potential tender opportunities that align with our business goals.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize all tender documents, contracts, and related records.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and suppliers as necessary.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the tendering process.
- Analysis: Analyze and report on the outcomes of tender submissions, identifying areas for improvement.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Quotation and Proposal: Prepare and present quotations and proposals to potential clients.
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in [Relevant Field] or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT Sector.
- Strong understanding of the tendering process and sales techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
