Key Responsibilities
- **Strategy Development & Execution**:

- Design and implement social media strategies that align with each client's overall marketing goals.
- Plan and execute content release schedules, including reels and posts, to maintain daily engagement with audiences.
- **Content Creation & Scheduling**:

- Develop and schedule engaging and informative content for social media channels, including posts, reels, stories and more.
- Research industry trends to create relevant and compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- **Account Management & Community Engagement**:

- Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely, professional manner.
- Engage with followers to build community and strengthen brand loyalty.
- **Performance Tracking & Analytics**:

- Monitor and measure social media performance, tracking key metrics like engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
- Analyze data and prepare regular reports, offering insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- **Collaboration & Campaign Development**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to execute cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with other team members for cohesive brand messaging and to leverage content across different platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and creative skills.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
