**Position Overview**: We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to develop engaging content across multiple digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, visual design, and building online communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create original content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, and marketing copy
- Produce and edit photos, videos, and graphics using various tools
- Monitor content performance and analyze engagement metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign development
- Stay current with social media trends and platform algorithm changes
- Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community management
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience creating content for social media platforms
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Basic video editing skills (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or mobile editing apps)
- Strong writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Creative mindset with attention to visual aesthetics
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of content creation or social media management experience
- Experience with influencer collaborations and partnerships
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
- Photography skills and experience with photo editing
- Understanding of paid social media advertising

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
