**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and creative **Corporate Interior Designer** to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer with a passion for creating functional, aesthetic, and brand-aligned workspaces. As a Corporate Interior Designer, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and transform office spaces into inspiring, efficient, and productive environments. You’ll be responsible for every phase of the design process, from concept development to project completion, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, goals, and budget for their office spaces. Develop a clear understanding of their vision and brand identity.
- **Concept Development**: Create design concepts that balance functionality, aesthetics, and brand consistency. Develop mood boards, sketches, and renderings to present to clients.
- **Space Planning**: Develop efficient space plans to maximize functionality, ergonomics, and traffic flow. Ensure the design meets safety regulations and ADA compliance.
- **Material and Furniture Selection**: Select finishes, furniture, lighting, and materials that align with the design concept and client’s budget.
- **Project Management**: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **3D Visualizations**: Use 3D rendering software to create realistic visuals of the design for client presentations.
- **Sustainability Practices**: Implement sustainable and eco-friendly design practices wherever possible, considering LEED certification and environmental impact.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure project cohesion and alignment with technical specifications.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in corporate or commercial interior design.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; able to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail with a focus on creating functional, user-friendly spaces.
- **Project Management**: Experience managing multiple projects with strict deadlines and budgets.
- **Knowledge of Building Codes**: Familiarity with building codes, fire regulations, and ADA compliance.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
- Knowledge of LEED certification or similar environmental standards.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar.
- Experience in space planning and ergonomics.
