Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible to drive the marketing and branding efforts for
our innovation hub. The CMO will play a crucial role in shaping the public perception of the hub
and ensuring that it becomes a leading player in the fields of translation research, skill
development, entrepreneurship development, and international collaboration.

**Scope of the job**
Including but not limited to:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hub and its

initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, product development, and

communication departments, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all
initiatives.
- Manage the development and implementation of all marketing initiatives, including

campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts.
- Create and execute content marketing strategies to engage target audiences and drive lead

generation.
- Utilize market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.
- Oversee the production of all promotional materials, including presentations, brochures,

and promotional videos.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets,

industry organizations, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with international partners to develop global marketing and branding

strategies. Evaluate and monitor the success of all marketing efforts, including return on
investment and conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions to continuously
improve the marketing strategy.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including hiring and training new

team members as necessary.
- **Eligibility Criteria**

MBA or B.Tech
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in

a leadership role.
- Strong experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies,

including digital marketing and content marketing.
- Knowledge of market research and analysis methodologies
