Chief Technology Officer(CTO)

The CTO of Innovation Hub will be responsible for driving technology strategy and innovation
for the organization with a focus on Translation Research, Skill Development, Entrepreneurship
Development, and International Collaboration. The CTO will be responsible for creating and
executing a technology roadmap that aligns with the organization’s vision and mission and serves
to advance the fields of Translation Research, Skill Development, Entrepreneurship
Development, and International Collaboration.

**Scope of the job**
Including but not limited to:

- Lead the development of the organization’s technology strategy and roadmap with a focus

on Translation Research, Skill Development, Entrepreneurship Development, and
International Collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive technology-based

initiatives that support the organization’s mission.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in Translation Research, Skill

Development, Entrepreneurship Development, and International Collaboration and
recommend solutions that align with the organization’s technology strategy.
- Lead the implementation of technology solutions to support the organization’s mission

and goals.
- Ensure the organization’s technology infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external technology vendors and partners

to ensure alignment with the organization’s technology strategy.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing technology team.
- Stay current on developments in Translation Research, Skill Development,

Entrepreneurship Development, and International Collaboration and share insights with
the organization.
- **Eligibility Criteria**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream Engineering, Information Systems, or related

field.
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in technology.
- Deep understanding of technology trends and emerging technology
