**About Job**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or lists.
- Explain services to potential customers over the phone.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and address any concerns.
- Follow scripts or guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle incoming calls from customers to provide information, resolve issues, or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions or campaigns.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and changes in company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

- New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
